Simon Not sure if you'll see this but you can use that storage room for protein powder, pre, creatine and any other supplements that you might need or want along with spare bits of equipment so all your stuff in on hand easy access so your not running in the house or wherever else to get anything you might need/want. For the storage bits up front when walking in you could display milestones or things that mean most to you to go and look at to give you that extra bit of motivation or push to go through with whatever exercise you are doing.

Been watching for a long time and I love that you added a gym to your home, for the extra room i would put foam rollers, matts, bands, or multiple add ons so that you dont clutter the wall or ground of your gym, I would also look up mind pump, they are a good source for fitness contents of all experiences they are based out of the US and are 3 highly experienced personal trainers

For the storage shelves put motivational stuff on there which should help! I love ur vids and the fact you've finally got the pitch you want shows how hard you work and nothing comes easy well done :)

You can set up some sort of resistance band area or a separate bench area to do work with your legs. Just something to help build up those leg muscles, I prefer resistance bands myself but a bench to do some glute-ham raises, etc. would also work just fine! Looks great though Simon! :D

Edit: You also should put a ice bath in that extra gym room, or an ice bath period. Helps with muscle soreness

Congrats on the gym and the football pitch. Just a quick note, it's not very hard to learn the basics for building some muscle, bodybuilders make it seem extra difficult and too scientific! Once u learn the basics of how muscles work and what makes them grow, it's just the matter of experience to become better and know which moves work best for u. Specially becuz u ain't trynna become a professional one! So I'd say just watch some basic videos or talk to a trainer, about what makes the muscles grow, how to not hurt urself, and which muscles to work out on each day so ur exercise is efficient!
